We work with Pioneers; an international, nondenominational missionary sending agency focused on church planting among the unreached. We have just transitioned into new roles within which we are providing training along with personal/professional and organizational development to our missionary teams across Europe. Lindsay is focusing on Christian coaching (she’s getting certified) and facilitating the broad resource team that we are a part of (6 members), while Allen is primarily focusing on leadership training, resourcing, and mentoring new ministry leaders. Allen is also beginning a PhD at Trinity College Bristol this Fall.
